During a company restructuring, I was tasked with conducting a comprehensive marketing audit to evaluate and refine Stella & Chewy’s strategy. Through in-depth analysis, I identified key weaknesses impacting brand performance and leveraged The Farmer’s Dog as a case study to develop actionable improvements.
